5/7/2020 1 of our vendors reported a major disruption in service over the weekend. We are implementing a new vendor this week. By the end of the week, we should be back up to full inventory. However, some of the items will be new. And some of the items we used to carry will be discontinued as a result of the change.
4/1/2020 All of our vendors continue to be operational . However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, some of our vendors are now reporting delays with fulfilling orders.
We know you are anxious to know when your orders will ship and arrive, but we also do not want to burden our vendors with unnecessary inquiries. If, after 14 days, your order has not shipped, we will send an inquiry regarding your order and send you the information we receive so you can stay informed.
We always want you to have the option of either waiting to receive your order, or requesting a full refund from us. We will honor your wishes either way, all you need to do is let us know.
